It Was a disappointment from hotel cityview Chinese YMCA. I am unable to travel due to health condition with a letter provided by hospital doctor. I requested for a refund and cancellation but unfortunately it was rejected by hotel cityview. No exeption at all!! Think twice before you book.

Room design is good and easy to plan luggage layout. Beds are comfortable. Clean, convenient as near MTR and some restaurants open very late till 1am. Tried a number of hotels as visiting HK a few times a year. Each time 2 weeks plus. Therefore more luggages. This one is the best based on room fare value.

We stayed in a disable person room, very roomy and can move wheelchair around. The shower room was designed for a disabled person. The room is a bit old but clean. The breakfast was very good and affordable if you purchase tickets in advance. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 night and on our second visit we ends up in the same room, we are going back in 3 days and wish they would give us a different room so I can comment more.

Very clean, staff members are very helpful. Location is in the middle of the town, very convenient to go any where in Kawloon. I will definitely stay there again next trip.
