I didn't like many things about this hotel. Staff at reception were not as helpful. I was on level 12 and if I needwd some drinking water I had to get down to level 2. most hotels I have stayed provided a decent size fridge. This one has one that is smaller than a safe in some hotels. Luckily, I didn't have anything I needed to keep in the freezer, as I was on my way to Australia.

A bargain but you may want to splurge a bit

The neighborhood is rough around the edges- good for budget travelers and those who can speak the language. The mattresses are HARD… but when we finally got to a manager he was beyond helpful in accommodating our needs.

The website clearly stated bottle of waters but non in the room that we stayed in for 8 days. Toilet tissue was only 1 and had to ask when near finished!! The face flannels were always missing!! 3 weeks prior to staying in this hotel I emailed them but not a single reply!! Not very professional!! Will not be using them again!!

The hotel is adequately sized and offers a satisfactory continental breakfast buffet. The high-quality coffee machine is a welcome amenity. The outdoor terrace provides a relaxing atmosphere, and the fitness center contains sufficient equipment for basic workouts. However, a recurring issue is musty, occasionally urine-like, odors emanating from the ventilation system.

Great location, 5 mins walk to the MTR (Metro) station. Easy access anywhere in HK by Metro. Tons of eatery, shopping everywhere. Good value of the rate. Highly recommended.

The room is small but clean. It was so small that the TV has to be hung from the ceiling. There was np dining in the hotel but there are many restaurants nearby the hotel.

The receptionist staff seemed too busy for all their guests as they have to manage 288 rooms. We were not told anything about how to access the facilities in the hotel.
