This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of old Konstanz. Spacious rooms, lovely rooftop dining with stunning lake views. Walkable to everywhere …. Would stay here again and again. Highly recommend. Also included is a beautiful breakfast buffet, a free welcome drink and a “Bodensee” pass for discounts for bus and train transportation around the lake… 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very nice hotel

From the advanced call to check my arrival time to the final check out, the staff were friendly and efficient. Great breakfast, with wonderful views over the city and lake. The room was clean, had enough space and everything needed.

Awesome family stay. Friendly great hotel.

We loved our stay at Hotel Viva Sky. We were greeted well by the evening staff and got instructions on where to park. My family was very happy with the room as it was cosy and clean and we were able to settle in well with the small but functional kitchen. Our 2 night stay was quite wonderful, the area is so beautiful and we had great fun exploring the villages and cities around the lake. The location of the hotel was very central to everything and it gave us a great launchpad to explore the city and other locations. The breakfast was well attended and had a great variety of options and we were very satisfied with the quality and good food. Service overall was top notch and friendly. I can't recommend this place further.

Great service and view but a smelly room

Friendly staffs provided a great service, you can get a nice buffet with Belgian waffle you can make right away in the comfortable lounge with a great view of the city. The bed was comfortable and a nice bathroom too. However, every time we entered the room, it was so smelly we spent most of our time in the lounge, not in the room. But was very close to the train station. In overall, it was okay to stay.

The excellent view from the registration/breakfast room and terrace. The friendly, helpful staff, and detail attention to the food bar, like quick access to excellent coffee and e.i butter unpacked in small portion and at temperature. We are missing this kind of service at the current hotel we are at.

A charming place with wonderful roof top

One of the best places for drinks and breakfast we have stayed at. Super friendly staff. Very close to train station and the lake. The only issue we had was that there was no A/C in the room and we stayed there during a heat wave. They gave us a fan though.

Great place to stay, especially if you’re staying more than 2 or 3 nights. Comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, and a nice kitchenette in the apartments. Conveniently located near the train station, too. Very friendly staff.
