Staff were very nice but waited 24 hours to remove a pile of hangers in the elevator entrance on the 3rd floor. Yes, I told the staff. I even called them a "tripping hazzard." I had to step through them that long!

Pleasantly surprised.

Only needed the room for overnight. Called to let them know not arriving until after midnight-attendant at front desk 24 hours. Front desk fellow friendly and made sure to give us information on swimming pool, check out, complimentary breakfast, etc. Room 316 was cleaned and appeared to have been upgraded nicely. No odors in the hallways, none in the room. Breakfast was a nice variety of foods, better than other hotels - keep up the good work. We would stay here again.
