Shuttle from Kawaguchiko station to hotel every 20mins or so was very nice and convenient. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as things to see and do

Great staff simple rooms and accommodations
Rooms were clean and cool but the beds were rather hard and pillows weren't very comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful and always made me feel welcomed.

Front desk service was barely acceptable. Staff needs to work more on their communication skills especially with English speakers. I did not like the bed at all. The mattress was way too firm for me and I couldn't sleep well at all. Otherwise the room had everything we needed. Lake Kawaguchiko is a short walk from the hotel as well as restaurants and grocery shops.

I had a great time staying here! The rooms were nice, and the free breakfast was a nice extra. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They also had free lockers for guests, which was really handy. I loved the free shuttle service to places nearby. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend staying here!

The room was spacious for us for a family of 3 with a toddler. There was enough room for our 2pcs of luggage. The bed was firm but it wasn’t so bad for a one night stay. The included breakfast they offer was amazing! 20min walk to Kawaguchiko station and under 3min walk from a bus stop. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Even in a service oriented country like Japan, I have rarely seen such great service. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to station, free baggage storage, and free breakfast. The staffs are amazingly helpful, and the location is great.
