Amazing place, we had private onsen room and it was so beautiful. You need to be able to speak a little Japanese to get the full experience. Would highly recommend
I booked two different types of room for two nights. The hotel offers me to stay in the first room until the second room is ready to check in. That impressive me and make me more relax. All the staffs are friendly and nice. And all the plant decoration in every corner of the hotel are fresh and pretty. Food quality is good and I love the Japanese style Buffett breakfast ( they also have western style buffet too). I will come back to visit for sure
Fantastic hotel with a beautiful view of Mt Fuji, but it was unfortunately obscured by clouds during our visit. Wonderful service from a very warm staff who can speak impeccable English. Awesome service!

This hotel offers a really nice garden and foot bath to allow your feet to relax after a long day of exploring the Kawaguchiko fuji area. The hotel’s room I stayed was a bit worn out but the style of the tatami bedding was comfortable. Room is really spacious … their breakfast buffet has large selection of food choice, their kaiseki dinner was so delicious and fresh …
The property and staff were amazing. The purpose of our stay was to enjoy the majestic view of Mt. Fuji. We were not able to see the mountain but we still enjoyed the food, the onsen and the taiko program.
This was one of the most beautiful hotels and areas we have ever stayed at. The staff was super kind, helpful, and fun. The dinner included with our reservation was top tier and the outside gardens were absolutely gorgeous. We spent most of our time walking around enjoying the garden in between dinner and the onsen. We can not wait to visit here again.
This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Our room was massive and comfortable. I loved wearing the jinbei provided, as well as the yukata from the shop on property. Having our own private onsen was magical and the view of Mt Fuji while enjoying it was spectacular. The rooftop onsen was also beautiful, as were the gardens, tea house, and outdoor foot bath.
Every staff member was friendly and helpful, and service was always impeccable. The breakfast buffet had a ton of great options (I love the omelet station) and the nightly dinner was incredible: the quality of the food and its presentation was amazing. The drumming after dinner was captivating.
The hotel location is convenient - we drove to 5th station, the panoramic ropeway, and surrounding lakes and attractions in no time.
We loved our stay at this property and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic experience near Mt Fuji.
