Very good.

The bathroom was not as well laid out as some other tiny unitized Japanese bathrooms I have seen, but overall this was a good hotel.

6 week stay in Kochi

This hotel is the best value in Kochi. Of course the room is a little small but it's OK for one person and has everything you need including hot water kettle and clean towels everyday. Also, the hotwater is great for the Japanese Style bath tub.

寝に帰るなら立地は良い

ひろめ市場や、はりまや橋、日曜市にも近く立地は良いです。建てられてからかなり経過しているようで、建物は老朽化しています。室内は壁紙等目立つ所はリフォームされています。チェックインロビーは2階にあり、エレベーターは上りも下りも必ず2階で開くようになっており、セキュリティは良いと思います。また、一部清掃が行き届いていない所もありましたので、今後の課題かも知れません。
