The room smelled like wet dog which makes you feel as though the rooms are not freshly cleaned and the bedding isn’t clean. There was a lot of parking but few options for long spaces for cars with a trailer- which is what we needed. Upon arrival a woman was behind the counter saw us coming in the door and turned and quickly walked away. We acknowledged that was strange and we were left standing there for check in for over 40min. We called the hotel phone and no one surfaced ever. After 40 min a new man arrived through the back door just arriving for his shift. He did not acknowledge that we had been left alone in an unsupervised facility. Checked us in and we went to bed. I guess the woman wanted to leave and decided checking us in would slow down her exit. But the hotel was unstaffed for over 30 min

Appreciate the cleanliness and that it is pet friendly. Pleasant staff, too. Was surprised by the temporary fee at check in. It did come off at checkout, so all is well.

Perfect hotel for a quick overnight stay will traveling home. Breakfast was good and coffee was hot! Bed were comfortable and everything was clean.

Tv with name was cool. Modern was nice. Just over all cleaning was lacking. Road noise. Front desk staff not really able to answer questions and just below average compared to other hotels. Posted 2 charges pending for room and 3 charges for some otheer charge. At the end oh the day.

Tru Knoxville

They have a really nice breakfast buffet in the morning with a good selection of types of foods. Plus they have a yogurt machine which is very nice. Negatives are they will give you an extra blanket but it looks like a mattress pad not a real blanket. Very nice walk in shower. No microwave in the room. Refrig is nice but you can not set the temperature in it so everything was frozen by the next morning. Being as close to the interstate you really did not hear the traffic and I was on one of the front rooms.
