Great stay!
Clean room and bathroom, good condition, very comfortable bed. Only thing is the cable they had is terrible, no guide from the remote, and very few stations other than that it was great!

The night person (3-11) was most helpful I believe her name was Tamara. However, the gentleman in the morning was not. I could barely understand him and he was very dismissive.

We arrived, was given our room number. We got to our room, walked in and soneone else was stauyng in it! When I went back to front desk to tell them they argued that the room was empty. Took about 10 minutes to convince him with the hearings occup ied. The in proceeded to give us another room when we got into it it's extremely hot and when you turn on air conditioner and it was making such a loud noise we could even use it. Definitely will not listening at this place anymore and that they should really tell you everyone about it

We spent 2 hours at the airport trying to get to the hotel. No taxis l, Ubers, Lyfts or shuttles to get us to the hotel. Didn’t arrive u til after 2 am. Very disappointed and when I called the hotel he made no effort to try and help by at least trying to get us a taxi. I won’t stay there again.
