Clean and vibrant, this hotel is perfect for a quick stop while passing through or a couple nights as it’s conveniently placed in the city centre and very close to Uni of Tenn GO VOLS!! The staff were pleasant; even at 1130pm when we finally arrived and checked in. They were also in the am helpful with recommendations for a fun local breakfast spot @ Aretha Frankenstein’s

Great location but w location comes listening to fire trucks and police sirens. Biggest issue is driving up it’s basically valet parking only or they make it that way. No place to park to check in. Valet is slow and blocking so vehicles are backed up into road waiting. Nice helpful reception

The parking is a nightmare they only valet. The walls are paper thin and so is the ceiling you can hear neighbors and people above clearly. The market exchange art installation was so cool. But the restaurant for breakfast was trash. They should just have free breakfast. Because the option that I paid for was wrong and no good.
