The hotel was great, room was very clean when we arrived and breakfast had good options. Our biggest complaint is that the room was not clean when we got back in the afternoon, we asked about housekeeping service and they said that their policy is now to clean every other day and that they should’ve told us when we checked in and that it says it on the bathroom wall. It does NOT say it on the bathroom wall and we were not informed when we checked in. We were 3 persons staying in the hotel and there are definitely not enough places to hang towels so they will dry for the next day. I hate damp towels :( My comment nowadays when I travel is that I don’t want to stay at an Airbnb because I’d rather come back to a nice clean hotel room with fresh towels so we were very disappointed. We requested housekeeping every day after that and the request was honored. Other than that, the location for shopping, restaurants etc. was pretty good for our stay in Knoxville.

Firepit should be a place of leisure

It was disappointing to book this hotel for the firepit area as advertised and yet it was closed. The complete lobby was under construction and yet the price of stay was not reduced to reflect same. I believe the firepit could have stayed open in the evening and have somewhere guests could enjoy due to the complete lobby being unavailable.
