Vehicle car alarm was going off and on all night. I was on 9th floor and could hear it clearly. The gap on bottom of room door was close to an inch and a half . Too much light getting in the room. Had to use pillows to cover it.

It would have been nice if we had been made aware that we were being charged for parking and wifi but, the room was beautiful and the hotel was lovely. Staff was super helpful! But being aware of the extra expense helps for budgeting purposes.

The central location, value for the price, the staff was on top of their game. The parking can be a little tight if you are driving a larger truck or SUV but that is due to construction and some barriers that are in place, so a short term issue.

We loved this hotel. Staff were very accommodating. The beds and pillows were amazingly! But the BEST part was the absolutely amazingly gym! One of thr best, well equipped facilities we've stayed at! We'll definitely be back.

The ground Plaza is an older building. The lobby looks nice, but it could use a general facelift throughout the building. The staff for the most part were amicable. I did have an instant with one who was rude to me when I was playing the piano the bartender was super friendly. She told me where to go and try places to eat. I think you could find a better hotel in Knoxville.
