It's a nice place, comfortable to stay, quite with a helpful staff. I stay here frequently And the only improvement I would suggest is it'd be nice to be able to get the room a little cooler if you'd like and to be able to run the fan constantly for background noise.

In an excellent area; however, the rooms are worn down considerably, carpet needs replacing, the vanity needs to be sanded down and refinished. Bed slept well, not fancy but a good nights sleep. The ironing board was broken and needs to be replaced. (I forgot to tell the front desk that it was broken when I took it out of the closet. )

Most guest are hard working migrant tradesmen, who are great people but wear out a property quickly due to work boots and work clothing (dirt) as compared to vacation and businesses travelers. The gym is a danger zone of broken equipment.

Staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were loud if the room above you flushed or if someone made noise in the hall outside the door you could hear it clearly. Pool towels were hard to come by. The improvements they made really work for the hotel overall they just have to continue making them. Obviously it’s a process so I don’t fault them for it. Overall a good stay though, if you’re looking for something a bit better than a motel but not quite an expensive 4/5 star hotel this hotel will fit your needs.
