Bev, the morning breakfastperson was friendly and made sure there was always enough food. She was a pleasure. Dave, behind the desk, was very helpful in getting a working fridge in the room and some hangers. The hotel, itself could use some repairs and upgrades. The ice maker on the 3rd floor wasn't working, the AC was so-so and the elevator stopped working the day we were leaving.

I was there for 4 nights. The room was very adequate. Well lit, with lg window. Sm fridge, desk with chair, an extra chair and a very comfortable Q or K bed. Nice bathroom, w shower in tub. Not huge, but sufficient. They serve a VERY NICE Continental Breakfast, hosted by a very kind, gracious, friendly lady named Bev! Scrambled eggs, a bkft meat, sausage gravy and biscuits every morning and waffles if you want. Plus all the cold stuff too! And that’s only part of what you can get. Great job Bev!! This motel is walking distance to WalMart, other shopping, theater, and all sorts of eating places! About 30 minutes from Knoxville and an hour to the Smokies!!(depending on the time of day and Knoxville traffic!) I would choose this motel again! Oh yeah, weather permitting, it has an outside pool and a small inside exercise room.😁

The room appeared to be flame plenty of towels bed and lining was clean. The floor appeared not to be swept, and there was a lot of chip paint throughout the bathroom and some dust look like from repairs being done that wasn’t clean but overall a pretty decent day.

This property was 105 a night including tax and fees. It was a good value and good location. The bed slept good but the bathroom was a little small. Overall I have to say this was a very good deal. Now there is one thing left and it was the free breakfast. Bev Cornell Is the cook for the breakfast and man can she cook. The biscuit and gravy was outstanding. Eggs and bacon or sausage. Dry cereal, muffins and my wife said it was the best hotel coffee she has ever had. We stayed 2 nights and will stay there again when coming through this area.
