Front desk staff made check in a breeze. After being told at check in that the bedding for the pull-out sofa was in the room, it was not. When I called it was brought up but I had to show the staff the garbage on the pull out mattress and under the mattress. Carpeting was sticky. After 10 hours of driving, we just decided to deal with it. We will have to avoid next time.

The hotel is a little dated/old but overall the area is good with lots of restaurant options. Staff was great and on the spot with quick service.

I had a very nice overnight stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. I like the free breakfast and coffee that was available from 6 to 9 AM. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would have no problem staying here again on future trips.

Great Stay

Easy to get to Staff was great. Room was very clean as was the bathroom. No noise keeping us up at night. Overall stay was great. No issues or problems. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Knoxville.

The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and stocked. The temperature was appropriate. The breakfast could have been better but it was included so can’t really complain. Overall a pretty decent stay!

Stink bugs were a constant issue the whole night. We probably flushed like 20 of them. Other than that, it wasn't too bad. Just a hotel room. I enjoyed the hot tub.

Ok not great

It was OK. Not terrible by any means. But I Have a 2 year old so I am more picky when it comes to Cleanliness. The carpet had crumbs that should have been vacuumed and the bathroom needed to be cleaned a little better.
