Clean facility, family oriented, very quiet. Toiletries were good, staff was friendly. I went to the cardio room and ran on the treadmill - well kept equipment and clean. Hot breakfast was good, with pretty good omelets. I did miss fresh fruits - none at all. Overall, descent stay; definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

Hotel was decent. Clean, front desk was friendly. Breakfast server was more cordial and offered more food to the white guests. I sat at a table near and noticed with 6 different guests she treated people differently.

The receptionist at front desk when checking in was not friendly and she didn’t have knowledge of emails stating that I have changed my reservation to two beds instead of one. What is the sense of email and then arriving, being treated like I’m an inconvenience and her not having the knowledge to make the change without a negative attitude.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple nights and want to command elaine, the weekday breakfast lady for being so friendly. But my only complaint is that even with a do not disturb sign on my door, I had five separate people either knock on my door, and three times they actually came into my room when I was indisposed. No excuse for this. I did talk to the front desk manager who apologized and made restitution

This is a very nice property for the price, and a nice breakfast as well. However, I had a very bad experience with five separate occasions where a housekeeper or someone else Disturbed me even when I had a do not disturb sign hanging from the door. I did report it to management and they assured me that they will try to remedy that situation movie Forward

BEWARE If you are a local. (*see below) My #1 favorite thing about staying here is Elaine. Elaine runs the breakfast area in the mornings. She is such a sweet person and you never see her without a smile on her face. I always enjoy seeing her. The first time I stayed at this Motel I was impressed. From that point on, whenever I've needed a place to stay in that area, I've booked my stay there. I usually book through Expedia and save $10-20 per night **The last time I booked a room I prepaid on Expedia. When I arrived at the Motel they informed me that they no longer rent rooms to 'locals'. Locals = 50 miles or less. They were going to make me leave and then I would have to deal with Expedia to try and get a refund. It's not like I'm nasty or rowdy. I argued with them this last time until they made an exception. I questioned the GM about the new rule and he really couldn't give me an answer. The only thing I can figure is that the reservation was booked through Expedia..? I'm just a quiet single female that minds my own business. I stick to my room. Each time I book a room it's strictly for the relaxation, having some peace and quiet and getting some much needed sleep.

Do not recommend. Terrible experience. The reservation mentions nothing about pet fees until you check in. Even when you select the pet friendly room. And the lady checking me in took a personal call and went into the office to talk in the middle of checking in, leaving me waiting for 10 mins. Do not stay here.
