The check in process was fast and easy. We were 'upgraded' to a first floor, parking lot side room with two queen beds which was lovely as the king was not needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were in a state of general disrepair. The carpets in the hallways are rolling and are an accident waiting to happen. Everything feels old sad and worn. The continental breakfast lacked contents. The coffee was fresh and hot, there were juice boxes, yogurt bars, and yogurt as well as apples and bananas. There was NO toast, or pastries which are pretty much implied when one is promised a continental breakfast. I guess you get what you get....the staff looked rather embarrassed. Anyhow thanks for the memories.!

The room was awful, felt like the 70’s and needs an update badly…. Dead bolt was broken on room door and hotel just feels sketchy and rundown! I wish a refund would be possible… never staying here again!

This motel was so very stingy on cups, service, breakfast. The worst continental breakfast EVER! Coffee and juice and yogurt and fruit. No toast or muffins or cereal or anything. Seriously. Excuses were made. When i asked them to service my room they got me towels and emptied the trash bin, the one and only trash bin in the room. Did not even empty recycling. Am warning all, do not stay there. The price wasn't fantastic for this crappy motel.

We did not end up staying due to the condition of the place. It seemed to be poorly maintained and not clean. There was a weird smell in the room as well. We did not feel comfortable staying so we left.

This hotel is attached to a mall that includes several restaurants. It is situated in an area where shopping and dining choices are readily available. Parking is convenient. There are two floors of rooms; stairs to the second floor. The hotel room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

Was a quiet stay as it was much needed. Facilities were clean enough, staff was friendly; but this hotel needs a significant upgrade. Basic king room was 210 bucks on a busy Friday. Understandable, but won’t return until after the 1980s decor, coverings and fixtures are updated to a higher standard.
