Upon my arrival at the front entrance I was impressed at the cleanliness of the glass and doors that are normally at most hotels and motels in need of cleaning. Water leaking through my ceiling in the bathroom was concerning as it was dripping all over the toilet area. The night shift clerk apparently checked and confirmed that it was a shower curtain that was outside the tub that allowed water to pour onto the floor while the person was showering. I believe the entire bathroom configuration is in need of upgrading couldn't even get my hands under the top as the faucet was mounted too far back from the rim of the countersunk sink not allowing for hands to go under the faucet. Probably a faucet that was replaced at some point in time with an inexpensive or another used faucet from another application. The shower curtain was ripped and torn where it mounts on the rod. I did receive a 15% discount because of the issues with the leak above my bathroom.

the hotel was clean and exactly what we needed for our 1 night stop. However the front desk staff were rude judgy and didn’t make us feel comfortable. It was feeling like they didn’t want us to be there and the looks we were given and the tone we were spoken too in was very disapproving and they spoke down to us. Because we are 19, we paid for a room and we made our deposit. They had no right to make us feel that way because of our age .
