The only thing I didn't like was the water-tasting orange juice; otherwise, everything was perfect. We will go back to this property. I hope they will obtain real orange juice.

We had a lovely stay here while we were in the process of moving. Staff were very friendly, hotel was very safe and clean. The room has a half kitchen with all of the things needed (dishes, cutlery, drinkware, electric kettle, toaster, cookware, etc). A full size fridge/freezer, 2 burner cooktop, and even a dishwasher. My daughter absolutely loved the salt water pool and the free breakfast each day was definitely a perk. Hotel is within walking distance to a few restaurants and the st Jacobs market, as well as a few minutes drive from amenities like grocery stores and shopping retailers. Bus stops are also nearby. We highly recommend this hotel, and will look for them again when we are travelling.

The checkin was a problem. The room we were allocated (203) stank of sweat and unwashed humanity; so after having tried settling down and the stench not going away, was really disgusting. We asked for another room, and had to move everything over. I asked the front desk about a refund but they said they couldn't do anything about it as I had booked through Expedia. Gee, thanks a lot. Nice hotel
Stayed for 2 nights with 3 adults 2 kids . Great location for st Jacobs market , walking distance . Only 2 issues , no pool towels one evening and the breakfast was good but didn’t offer pre packed jam , peanut butter , milk etc . So everyone was scooping their own onto their plates and using the same utensils . I realize it’s more package waste but way too many people with coughs and colds in the breakfast area .
