Location was great. Clean large rooms, comfortable bed. Food was a little pricy for what was offered. Parking is available at an extra cost and convenient IF a space is available - can be difficult if sports teams are staying there, but the hotel comped the cost of nearby public parking if none available at hotel. Can be a little noisy if staying during a party hosted in the centre, but quited at a reasonable hour.

The Hotel and room were very good. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. I also took advantage of their very spacious fitness area. The location of the hotel and parking is a little awkward and not as convenient as other hotels. However the hotel was worth and we would stay here again.

Stayed there to be close to St May’s hospital. All the staff was great. Aqua - the restaurant on site has great food. The breakfast buffet is certainly worth the $20 charge. The place is beginning to look dated and needed a good clean. The hallways were covered in debris and the corners of the room did t look like they’d been cleaned in years. The covered parking is handy and just steps away from the hotel

We paid for a premium room wirh a street view,, im lookingvat a roof top air conditioner. Paid for parking and no parking was available. Room is stuffy and my eyes are so watery i cant see. The pool was closed and the games rooms were closed for a private function Id not stay here again.

Hotel was ok. Friendly staff. Game room was a disappointment. Most games broken and couldn’t figure out the bowling or mini golf. No signage telling us how to work them. Pictures definitely deceiving. Paid for breakfast but didn’t start serving until 7:30am so couldn’t wait around for it. Very loud streets downtown and we could hear everything. Kept us up most of the night. Likely wouldn’t stay again.

Friendly staff but was kept up until 3am with loud hockey parents partying beside us! You need security walking the halls as kids were running around at midnight. We travel a lot for our kids sports and we love the hotel stays but we respect other patrons by enforcing curfews with all the team players. Wish it was a little quieter after midnight.
