Horrible hotel, all the amenities are extra and expensive and the bowling is broken takes 1 min to get back a ball and there is only 2. Most arcade games were broken, mini putt was ok but expensive. Breakfast is a joke we had 7 people in our party and they only would give free breakfast for 2 guests per room kids breakfast 11.99 crazy , checking out took almost an hour. Horrible customer service, hardly spoke English would never return or recommend to anyone

The lobby, dining area, and recreational areas were very clean. The staff were very friendly and ready to help in any way they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We stayed for only one night, but would haved stayed longer if our schedule allowed.

Great buffet breakfast included. All staff that we came in contact with were friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely. Comfy beds with lots of good pillows. Bathroom was clean but shower had very little pressure. Only negative. I would definitely recommend and will return when in area next

It was just ok. Waited in line 30 min to check in. Tiny washroom that had no working plug for even a blow dryer. Terribly noisy all weekend with sports teams running around and screaming and slamming doors.

Nice and cozy hotel with very friendly staff. The room is well-equipped and clean. The area around the hotel is quite busy and noisy since it's located in the downtown.

Totally not happy with the room. Old, outdated room and building. All monies spent on the outisde and lobby. Area is shady and a lot of homeless people in the area making feel unsafe.
