Toilets (inside the room and in the basement) weren't good, flushing took a while and multiple attempts to flush completely. Pillows weren't comfortable, too puffy and not firm. Elevators was too old, my kids were scared when taking the elevator but they had no choice because we lived on high floor.

The bathtub was not an inviting tub with stains and paint coming off. Also the ironing board was broken so ironed on a slant. Everything else was ok but my last experience in. Best western plus was so much better. The bed was uncomfortable and that was not my experience the last time. Will not book that hotel again.

There was no water in the morning bathrooms, showers and coffee. While the hotel had no control over that (water main break) the staff was aware of it and as far as I know never made an announcement to us. We had to find out for ourselves. I think they should offer a free night for us who had to leave earlier than planned because of the conditions.
