Old and not the cleanest but staff extremely nice

This hotel is old, carpets are dirty, the bathroom had hair on the floor and on the counter. On the plus side, breakfast was good, the staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. This hotel needs to be remodeled or prices lowered. We will not stay there again.

Ok & unsure if I will stay again

I was not impressed that the floor in the restroom did not looked swept or mopped and there there was no tissue available. When asked for other type of milk at breakfast, was told no that one was all they had. They did make more eggs upon request which was nice of them. Elevator was dirty. There was a gym that seemed well stocked if this was one of those trips .

Shower fiasco

The room was great. The sink,counter top,and toilet was clean. The problem was the shower used soap,and empty bottles and hair and soap scum on shower floor.My wife called the front desk to inform them and if someone can clean it. Management was sent a message no one called back. I went down stairs to the desk and asked for cleaning supplies I cleaned it myself. The next day cleaning manager came by to make sure room was cleaned while we were out it was but too late.The first presentation is what matters do better please.

Our Bathroom sink was clogged up, it was nasty and I noticed that 2 out of the 4 towels where not folded, they looked like someone use them and threw them back in the cubie.

Cleanliness was lacking, needs attention for upkeeping of room, pest control had a few small roaches in bathroom, bottom of refrigerator on floor had rust stains, refrigerator was wobbly, hole on wall on the side of bathroom tub which where roaches were coming from. Walls had numerous marks, scuffs, holes and paint. AC thermostat was off the wall hanging by wire. Breakfast buffet was lacking attention when items would run out when breakfast hours of 7am to 10am are to be served still had an hour left.

Horrible place to stay

I have stayed in hotels half the price with outstanding ratings. This place had no soap what so ever! I opened the shower curtain to find the drain full of hair! Due to events in the area I wasn’t able to leave, everything was booked!
