If I could give more than 5 stars I would. One of the best and top hotels ever . My daughter and I stayed here for 7 days vacationing. The entire staff very polite, professional, and amazing. My favourite part is the cleanliness ... highly also due to the fact that no carpet is in the bedroom. The food was very healthy and well presentable . This is my go to spot whenever I am in beautiful Jamaica!!!!! Exceptional !!!!❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏

The room that I got first has an odor, front desk did not explain how the light works in the rooom. My room was exchanged to another room where the lights was shining from the streets in my face. I could hear the loud noise from the vechicles on the street near by. Which made my rest very uncomfortable. After going through a long week with my mom illness on the hospital. I was looking for a room with a piece of mind. I booked a deluxe room, and to me it look like a standard room. I would appreciate some compensation for my uncomfortable Stay. I’ve been staying at this hotel for a very long time. Every time o visit. And this time my service was horrible which is so disappointing to me. But in spite of it all I’ll still come back to visit without any hesitation. You all have a bless weekend.

The food was amazing. I had the curry goat for dinner one time and it was very good. I love the property, its a city hotel but not too much foot traffic. I stay there whenever I'm in Kingston.
