this hotel was more like an upgrade motel and for 200 a night they didn't even have any keys for my room the first night the bed linen wasn't clean enough

This was my third time coming to R Hotel. I enjoy the facility due to it being near activities to handle my personal affairs. There was changes with their breakfast which was not told upon my arriving. I had a staff tell me about an extra charge. I was fine with the charge for the Jamaican breakfast. However, I didn’t like someone telling me I should tip them. It’s sad when other employees were so hospital and you prefer to tip them. The rugs in the hallway to your room should be change. There are bleach stains and it smells like water damage. Again the staff was friendly. The mattresses need to be changed as well. The mattress springs you could feel as you laid down to sleep. The smell from the first floor steaming machine. Is too strong.
