Nobody there!

Beautiful location, nice property. poor service. When we went to check in, there was nobody at the front desk, The pager to call someone didn't work and they didn't answer the phone. After 40 minutes of trying, at 8:50 PM, although we had already paid for the room, we were ready to give up and find another hotel. Then another guest told us that the desk clerk said she would be back at 9:00 to lock up so we waited. When she finally showed up, she was defensive, saying she was all alone and busy down in the laundry and she barely apologized. The next morning, we told the day person what had happened and she said that the boss (owner? manager?) would want to talk to us and that he would either call or come to our room. Two hours later, when we were checking out, we told her that we hadn't heard from him so she called him again and he soon appeared. He didn't introduce himself but did apologize saying "we did give you a late checkout". He later said that they would discount a future stay...but gave us nothing in writing.

Great little hotel- especially for the price! Hotel Vienna was clean, had some nice touches, updated bathrooms, and a great sauna and pool. I felt safe and welcome here staying alone with my son. Would recommend!

Decent stay for a weekend snowboarding. Room smelled like air freshener, had to unplug that from the wall -- all of my stuff smelled of it when I unpacked my bag. Bed didn't get made by the maids and they didnt tidy the room after our first night. Greyhaired woman at front desk replied with, "I need to check the cameras" and was defensive about it -- just apologize next time! Sauna was awesome. Hot tub was not open in pool area, which was part of the reason I booked this hotel, although they dont advertise having the hot tub so no fault of their own, I just saw it in the pictures so assumed it would be operating.

Wow, what an incredible surprise! I wish I could have extended my stay. Holly at the front desk was incredibly kind, so thank you for making our trip even better!! The facilities were great: not only was the pool pristine, but there was also a sauna outside! There is also a path on the property which is an excellent way to start the morning alongside the delicious pastries and coffee.

Great hotel

We stayed 2 nights to be close to Hunter to ski. This was a 10 min drive to the mtn, 4 min drive to all restaurants and bars, and secluded enough where it was peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and clean, the balcony was a great size to sit and enjoy the view. The inside poor was too cold to go in but a great addition and place to sit and hang out next to the sauna. The lounge area is cute with additional space outside and downstairs. We would 100% stay again!

Great hotel. They were flexible as our plans changed last minute. Great croisants for breakfast. Had to go back and retrieve a bag we forgot. Pool and Sauna looked good but are in a detached building (and we didn't want to brave the parking lot).
