The hotel is clean, quiet, and conveniently located close to the ski resort, which made our trip very easy and enjoyable. The staff provided warm and friendly service, which we greatly appreciated. However, some of the facilities do feel a bit outdated. One issue we encountered was that the bathroom exhaust fan was leaking water, and unfortunately, it dripped right over the toilet, making it unavoidable when using the bathroom. It would be great if this could be fixed for future guests. Despite this, we had a good experience overall.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Vienna. I love the area of Windham NY and prefer to stay at Hotel Vienna when visiting upstate. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. They are also dog friendly.

It was great until 9am the general manager banged on my door saying only “general manager” I told him he can’t come in! And i was leaving today and he needs to wait. How dare he! There is a sign on the door that says human trafficking was big in that area. IF THAT WAS THE GENERAL MANAGER HE NEEDS SCHOOLING ON HOW TO TREAT THE GUESTS!!! Disgusting
