It is a great location downtown with a great view of the water. It was priced accordingly. But it seemed tired and not very clean. Hallways seemed unvacuumed and we found half chewed jube-jube on the floor in our room. the beds may have been clean, but looked so wrinkled like someone had slept in them. It was a one-nighter with easy access to the downtown.

The hotel was clean and reasonably updated. The service staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a really great harbour view from our room and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The immediate areas around the hotel is very nice for walking and there are lots of options for shopping or dinning within walking distance. They don’t have their own parking lot so we had to pay extra for parking which came as a surprise to me. However the parking lot is right across the street so it’s very easy access to the hotel. The beds were comfortable but I found the pillows to be quite flat and I needed to stack two to get some sleep. The breakfast buffet was okay but not great. Maybe it was an off day but the coffee was not good. Everything considered, I would stay at this hotel again if I found myself taking another trip to Kingston

It was a lovely stay. The beds were comfy. Wolf, the robot, was fantastic! Great gym and pool facilities and we could walk everywhere. Our room also had a great view of the waterfront. Oh, and the Wharf and Feather had a tasty Cobb Salad.
