Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, however they need to figure out offsite parking for buses. Large tour bus starting it engine and running for an hour 20 feet below our window at SIX AM was a bit much!!!

No extra roll of toilet paper in bathroom. Air conditioning fan kept going in and off every minute or less despite turning the whole system off to try to alleviate the problem. Eventually unplugged the fan at the wall and kept the whole system off. Was not able to have a decent nights sleep due to this problem.

We had a great stay at this hotel, and we especially enjoyed the pool (who doesn't love a warm swim in the middle of the winter?) The only thing to know was that our room was missing a heat control, and we happened to have stayed during an extremely cold and windy night. Also, we weren't quite sure how to lock the bathroom door? However, that wasn't too much of an issue as long as everyone knows that you are in there Besides that, the hotel is very clean, and we had a great view of the water. I would recommend this hotel

Tip: Pressing the round knob on top of the Cubieblue speaker, thinking it's the Bluetooth pairing button, will result in a 6:00 AM wakeup -- just like being at the penitentiary, but with nicer beds.

Pricey for everything but location and view

We were attending an event at RMC, and selected the location that was closest. We decided to upgrade to a water view room and were glad we did. The king sized bed was lovely as was the bathroom. The outside of the hotel looks like it needs refreshing. The coffee in room was lacking. Anyone who takes cream in their coffee cannot abide the powdered stuff. For the price, the location was great, the room and view were good, the other amenities were lacking.

The location is great with easy accessibility to restaurants and shops. The room amd bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable and with just enough pillows. Will be back in the summer. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff at this hotel makes all the difference. They are all very attentive, understanding, and willing to make sure you have all your expectations met and in my case exceeded. Special thanks to the fine young lady at the reception desk, Kateryna, who made me feel like at home and was super attentive to my needs. She did a really good job at representing the hotel by tending to her customer's needs, and it because of that type of service that I will be back and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
