Good family hotel
We had a great stay. Room was clean, lots of parking and breakfast had many hot qnd cold options. We did not use the pool but lots of people were swimming and enjoying it. The hotel had lots of extra Christmas touches like letters for santa, elf on the shelf and cookies for santa every night. Very cute for all the kids. Staff was very friendly. Management should be wary of over night guests or staff flipping main area tv to inappropriate channels. There was full on nudity during breakfast. Staff gave us remote to change it immediately

I was very pleased at how clean the room was maintained. The bathroom was squeaky clean, which is so hard to find in hotels sometimes. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was a nice bonus.

Great spot in Kingston
We have stayed here before. It’s always a Good, reliable clean and comfortable spot in Kingston. Wish they used non scented cleaning products in room-Many of us have allergies to scented products. Wish they would consider that. But the room is clean. The bed is comfy. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The cookies are great!
