Check in at any hotel.always sets the tone for my stay. The service I experienced at the Kingston Marriott was world class. Greatness was maintained by excellent service at the libby bar, a clean and well equipped room, and a wonderdul night's stay. Well done!!

The room was clean and well furnished. However the air conditioner was broken for 2 of the 3 nights and staff did not seem phased by the report or offer any resolution. We did not try the food at the hotel. When we asked staff about ordering breakfast, they told us there were places down the street. The property is well located in the downtown to make walking acceptable as the main mode of transportation. The elevator to the parking garage was broken making the building less accessible.

Bring in ear plugs if you want a decent sleep - you can literally here what people are saying in the hallway and people walking in a floor above. Also you can hear people watching which TV show when you just come out of the elevator. No privacy :)

Perfect

Always a pleasure to stay at the Marriott. Being in the heart of Kingston is minutes away from the waterfront. Very convenient location. The hotel looks like it is recently renovated and the decor was plush. The rooms were very clean as well. From check in to check out our interactions with staff were super pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was decent as well. Happy that we chose this place.

We chose this hotel for the location. We were pleasantly surprised by our room. Very clean and nicely decorated. All staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. I would definitely book at this hotel again.

Beautiful Newly renovated hotel. Staff were mostly new and not that knowable of the hotel, however very friendly and polite. Upgraded to Club with free breakfast and snacks in their designated upgraded Club Room but not worth the extra money. Very tiny buffet style selection for breakfast and exactly the same the next day. , late afternoon snacks were laughable. In room coffee maker was the cheapest flimsy plastic coffee maker ever. Coffee was terrible. Most upgrades in hotels at least have a Nespresso machine in your room. We were told no wine or beer would be available in the Club room but on 2nd day we saw it was there with no instructions how to pay for it and no one around to help us. We knew it would not be a high end experience but we didn’t think it would be that disappointing. Problems with air conditioning as well and had to change our room but we were given a queen bed instead of the king we had originally booked. We would not stay there again.
