I think the fellow at desk needs remedial training. I piad for one nights parking, and he gave me a statement of bill for the stay, showing $22.60 outstanding for parking, and couldn't explain why that was

A little bit dirty and dated. the blanket had stains and the carpets felt dirty. There was some loud traffic in the morning to be expected for a downtown visit. Staff was very friendly, great location and a comfortable stay.

Staff was polite. Location is downtown Kingston and walkable distance to so many landmarks, restaurants and so many places. Room was so comfy and cozy. Easy to control the room temperature.
