We loved the pool and found that the rooms were well taken care of. We are a family of 4 (a new baby and a 5 year old) and stayed in a room with 2 queen beds very comfortably. Breakfast was much nicer than I expected and the staff were very kind and welcoming in every interaction. We would stay here again.

it was amazing. Clean, friendly amazing staff, so much across the street , the pharmacy open until midnight was super helpful & so was the on site dennys & free breakfast in the morning !! we will 100% stay here again when we come back to Kingston. thank you guys for an amazing stay.

Stayed for 4 days. It was a long weekend and rates were high. Too high for the quality of hotel. My room was good (upgraded king) on the second floor but travelling companions had to get moved. Their first room was dirty (floors and bathroom). Their second room (on the second floor) was better but their room door looked like it had been kicked in and repaired a few times. It didn't exactly inspire a feeling of safety. Breakfast is ok but the breakfast room could be twice as big. Never enough tables at peak times. Check-in and check-out were good. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

At check-in, they asked if we would like king size bed rather than the handicapped room I booked on line. We said yes, but when we got to the room it was a handicapped with double bed. To tired to go and change it.

It was clean. The staff brought extra coffee when requested. I was a bit surprised at the hotel when I arrived, I was expecting nicer based on pictures and price. The bathroom was very small and the doors didn't close easy.
