Dirty and disorganized hotel
Dirty rooms with sheets with hair on them, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were empty when we arrived, the coffee area is terrible when the hotel has good turnover, the food replenishment takes a long time. I do not recommend it for families, it may be good for business

Rooms are updated and bed was confortable, breakfast was very basic and average. Mostly there was a cockroach crawling up the wall in the morning and I put it in a cup and got a refund. GROSS

The check in was a little slow as it was only one person on the front desk and she was tied up on it telephone call for almost 15 minutes. Once we got to our room we were very pleased with it as it was newly renovated. The breakfast in the morning was subpar.

We were impressed with the walk in shower in our room . It was great having.just recovering from spine surgery. The kng size bed was very comfortable. The.room.was clean and spacious The breakfast area was small and at 9 am there was.a waiting line for a table I would have Management be more prmpt with the process of processing the security deposit when checking out

Check in was at 3:00 pm, arrived at 3:30 and was told room was not ready. Asked if had just booked, no i replied, i booked months ago lol. Was sorted after a short time, reception gentleman was nice though. Room had leaky shower with water squirting all over, i wrapped a facecloth around it, was not the end of the world. Location is good, room was clean , that’s most important to us. I would stay again,
