We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Best Western. The hotel staff were very pleasant, the breakfast was wonderful, their outdoor pool was heated and very clean, the beds were soft and had lots of pillows. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was fantastic 🫶. The decor is a bit dated but in great condition. The room brought me back to my mid 20's when life was so much simpliar, and I didn't want to leave ☺️. Tom's place (onsite restaurant) is just like sitting in a log cabin surrounding you with so many antiques to look at and persons who love the outdoors will appreciate the taxidermey items on display. The nocho's were some of the best we have ever had and a perfect way to end our day 😋. The cleanliness of the entire hotel is impecable and the staff were all friendly and hard working to make sure your stay is comfortable. The breakfast was a standard small buffet, but food was hot and fresh and something to please everyone to start your day off right. I am sure you won't be disappointed with your stay. I will definetly be back if I am ever in the Kingston area again 🥰❤️

Clean Room and Good Breakfast
Good-sized, clean room and all staff we interacted with were very friendly. Hearty breakfast in nice space with regular cutlery and plates which we appreciate due to eco-friendliness. Breakfast could benefit from more variety -- same sausages, scrambled eggs, home fries, breads and sides every day. We have stayed here in the past and liked the kitschy decor but this time room was quite musty and window is sealed. Could benefit from a good airing, remodel and improved ventilation. We kept the bathroom fan on continuously. Enjoyed the outdoor pool but it is looking tired -- could use some new tiles and resurfacing. Location is good as it is a 10 minute drive to downtown and lots of restaurants close by.

The hotel is nice but dated…is not at all handicap friendly…twice cleaning staffed negligent in leaving room ready…forgot creamers in fridge..one night creamers were off and another completely forgotten about. Forgot bath mate one night. Toilet lids won’t stay up as shelf behind is too Farr out not allowing lid to go fully back..very inconvenient for men. Food was good. Breakfast buffet excellent.
