This property is so lovely. We love smaller boutique hotels and this one was perfect. It has a very private balcony that looks out over the ocean. We were supplied with utensils and dishes for 2, glassware, coffee and creamer and a bottle of wine. The hotel checked with us in the morning of arrival to see when we would be coming. The place has two bars and a restaurant (make reservations before going!) It is also walking distance from 3 restaurants on the water and great snorkeling at Cane Bay. We did rent a car so mostly everything was about a 20-30 minutes drive on average. Some suggestions if you stay here…. Definitely get some water and snacks at the grocery store. The restaurants around the place are not open every day and night. Suggest getting breakfast items to have in your room and maybe dinner options. Besides this we plan to stay here again!

I love the view !! What I don't like is ; there is no ATM near ; an your not told you need to have cash upfront for taxis an transportation; beside that the view was amazing ; customer service an hospitality superior

Over all the experience was good. A couple of things you need to know, there is no pool. You’ll see on the travel sites a pool listed but there is not one. However the beach is literally 1 minute walk from you. The hotel is slightly more run down than the pictures. It is still nice but the pictures are from a few years ago. Lastly there isn’t a lot around the hotel. Which in our case was exactly what we were looking for but if your looking to be around people, shopping, amenities, nightlife and or your choice of restaurants then this might not be the spot for you. But if you looking for peace and quiet and relaxation n a tropical environment like I was this is perfect. The locations is absolutely beautiful. There are a couple of beach restaurants a very short walk from the hotel. I highly recommend leatherback. The best food we ate on the island was there. They All in all I would definitely there again.

Parking is a little tight, but you can we were never in a position where we couldn't find parking. The room has a great view and is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. I would suggest renting a car because while you are in middle of Fredericksted and Christiansted, they are about a half hour drive. The staff is great and rooms are great! I would save booking a meal on the first floor for maybe your last night as it is rather pricey.

The only issue is having to pay lots of money to get places. If you rent a car you’ll have an amazing experience. Shout out to Tom the manager as well very welcoming and kind man !

Being directly on the water was a dream! We rented a car and never had an issue with parking, plus the property was conveniently located to Cane Bay beach and easy drives to both Frederiksted and Christiansted. Staff was SUPER accommodating and responsive.

Loved the entire stay. I will say I seen one roach but let’s be mindful that this is an island. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They prefer to text which is helpful as well for me. The view and room is exactly like the pictures. Overall excellent experience.

Relaxing and beautiful spot

Gorgeous location, room had a balcony overlooking the waves crashing onto rocks below. Easy access to beach, 5 minute walk at most. Snorkeling and diving nearby, restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing. Really comfortable bed and room. Not a lot of space to store clothing, what was provided doesn't really work for hanging anything other than shirts, but we figured it out. The pool isn't a traditional pool, its kind of built into the rocks and is filled with ocean water and fish and crabs and barnacles. We liked it but it's different and probably not suitable for children.
