We enjoyed our stay at Kings Canyon resort. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed. When paying $500+ per night don’t expect to have just pub meals for dinner. Staff were excellent

This place had nice views . The room was pretty big but couldve done with a basin .wouldve been a quiet room but kids in next room were sick so could hear them coughing . Not the propertys fault . The bistro was a big space but half the meals on menu were unavailable and we went early but the meals we got were very tasty . The staff were pretty plesant and the one woman musician was good too.

Great hotel, lovely amenities. Loved the bath with bush view. Breakfast included in our room rate was a very pleasant surprise. Fantastic location for exploring the Kings Canyon area.

Very basic accomodation, no ensuite bathroom/toilet. TV didnt work. Bar/restaurant excellant. Food, beer and music very good Toilet block , ladies dirty, alot of toilets didnt work. However no where else to stay?

Rented a standard queen cabin which was more like a prison cell with a bed on a metal frame that was very squeaky and had a thin mattress. Nowhere to hang clothes or put them away. Air conditioner was loud and barely worked. Communal bathrooms had good showers and were never crowded. The sunset viewing deck was great.

The room was ok, but we were not advised when booking that the room did not have a bathroom, but a group/common bathroom and toilet that was a 30 meter outside walk. The price we aid for the room should have included a private bathroom within the room.

Subject: Refund Request Due to Accommodation Shortages and Early Departure Dear Officer, I made a reservation to stay at your hotel between March 6 check-in and check-out dates on March 11. However, I had to leave early on March 9 due to some shortcomings I encountered during my stay and I request a refund for the days I did not stay. The information provided at the time of booking was insufficient and I experienced the following deficiencies: • There was no chair to sit outside the closet and bed to put the clothes in the hotel room. • It was not stated that the toilet and bathroom were outside the room. • It was not stated that the WiFi was not in the rooms, only in the restaurant and reception. • On the first day, the air conditioner in my room was not working and there was no remote control, so the room was changed the next day. Due to these shortcomings, I had to leave the hotel on March 9th before completing my reservation. I would like to request a refund for the nights between 9-11 March when I did not stay. I am waiting for you to get back to start the relevant refund process. I can share payment receipt or reservation information in order to speed up the necessary procedures. Would recommend but just for one night

Room was okay for one night- tired paintwork but clean enough and toilet block and showers were clean with plenty of hot water in the showers The bar was great- good value happy hour and large selection of food. Food was a little dry but okay. Had the buffet breakfast which was good value Would recommend if passing through and need a place for one night We stayed in the basic room- double bed but not en suite

We didn't realise there was no toilet n shower in the room, no Wi fi, no wardrobe, not even hooks to hang clothes, no chairs to seat on. But we blame Expedia for booking us 300 km away from the Uluru, we had to forfeit two days of stay and check out early so that we can move closer to Uluru.

We stayed in a lodge. It was basic and clean, but it seems that most of the accommodation uses onsite toilets and showers. Fine for youngsters, but not so great for more mature travellers who need the facilities several times a night. I feel that this should have been made clearer in the literature, prior to booking, especially for overseas travellers who are not familiar with the place. Such a contrast to Yulara which was super. Basically it is a camp site. However, the food was excellent and also the bar staff.
