We were traveling and got to the hotel around 10:30 p.m. All the pillows were thrown in a pile on one bed. The trash cans had trash in them, the toilet paper was trash in the bathroom, a dirty cup was on the sink. I called the desk and all she could offer us was to move rooms onto another floor. Our son was asleep on the bed and we already carried our luggage in. We told her we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. We then noticed there was no towels to use. I had to drive across the street and tell her in person. She brought us towels 10 minutes later. We were awoken by an employee cussing and yelling about another employee. It was a horrible stay! I was told that the GM would talk to me in the morning, and that never happened. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very poor facility. People drinking and smoking outside the rooms. Rooms were dirty, dispensers had no soap. You could not regulate the hot water. Never had such a bad experience

Ok but breakfast lacking
Hotel was nice and room very clean. Pool was good but could have benefitted from tables with umbrellas for shade. Room service was a bit poor, no toilet roll and only 2 towels- we were family of 3.breakfast ok on day 1, day 2 was poor. No tea bags or hot chocolate only coffee. My son and I dont drink coffee!!!

Not so good. Although we arrived early the room was not ready - understandable. We waited an hour which put us at checkin time. Still had to wait another 35 minutes. The picture on hotels.com did not match the property. Big disappointment. The breakfast was horrible. There were only three tables in the registration area. The selections were very limited and the location was not conducive to even consider eating there. Bring your own Kleenex. Not provided. The bed is your only sitting choice. The manager on duty was suppose to text us when the room was ready. The individual left before hand and did not pass that information on to the next staff member. This was part of a cross country trip and the only very disappointing experience. Hotels.com is as culpable as Wyndham. Don’t trust the description - check the individual location. Not the best value for the money.

The black out blind was broken and stuck. We did not discover until we were ready for bed. So our room was light and you could see into it but it was too late to change rooms. Otherwise it was very clean!

It could have been good but...
First of all, the staff try really hard but this was not as good as it so easily could have been. We had to change rooms within 5 minutes as the toilet flush did not work. Staff to their credit immediately changed our room. But this was really just the start of niggles throughout the stay. Shampoo in shower was empty. Conditioner empty. Fridge door didn't shut properly. No towels by pool as they had ran out. Then breakfast. Orange juice warm. No bread. No butter. No bagels. Scrambled eggs were so bad I actually wondered if they were popcorn which they distinctly resembled. Hockey puck sausages. No hot water for tea. So nothing really bad but just in summation poor. Staff in reception trying hard but having to apologise all the time for everything instead of making sure it didn't happen I won't stay again.
