The rooms are recently renovated, spotless and new! The rooms are quiet and very comfortable! Defya great value! Just a 15 minute scenic walk from downtown historic Kingman, which has a number of great dining options.

WOULD STAY AGAIN

Location was great- easy walk to the Visitor Center & Old Town area of Kingman. Room was clean with fridge & microwave. Beds were comfortable & pillows were good. My husband finally had a good night sleep as we had been to several hotels on our trip.

I love that it is family-ran! It’s simple, cute, safe. No deposit upon checkin with card. Nothing fancy, but comfy beds and hot showers. Good Mexican food right next door. Easy access to all freeways.

Stay here passing through at least once a year and cleanliness and comfort are consistent. Location is walkable to downtown restaurants, shops, etc.

Comfortable, well-appointed & good location

The home was very cozy and the backyard space was well appointedand felt very private. Loved all the greenery that hosted birds. We used the clean grill, the Ninja blender and loved that the home was stocked with Melaleuca products and very soft sheets and an abundanceof towels and lap blankets. The king bed was a bit too soft for us when paired with very full pillows. That said, the only reason we probably won't stay again is due to the street parking. Not safe to leave car at most convenient spot near gate door entrance because car likely to get side-swiped, making unloading and re-packing car less convenient. We took advantage of proximity to Loop bike paths, and good location to shopping and dining.
