Incredible gem!! Better service than Four Seasons and St Regis. John at the front desk was very kind and thoughtful. All the staff members had a smile on their face. Large clean rooms and breakfast was fantastic

Only issue was keeping the heat at the set temperature in the room, and on the last day, there was no hot water to allow us to take a shower. We called the front desk to report the issue and they called back to say that the boiler had gone off. They turned it back on but still no hot water an hour later. Roof leak noted by the elevator on the second floor. Towels and a bucket were put in place to catch the water dripping. Elevator had intermittent issues with closing.

The staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable and had everything we needed. Normally I wpuld say it is quiet and easy to park the car buth they had a fundraiser on so it was busy busy busy. It was difficult to park the car but the reception staff did all they could. A love hotel.

I always stay at The Park when visiting Mayo...and The Park just keeps getting better! The breakfasts and lunches and dinners are outstanding. The service is outstanding. The rooms are very comfortable. The room cleanliness is exceptional.The location is great, too. I come in from the USA, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else.
