The rooms were clean and spacious and very functional for our needs. Check in was undesirable. Front desk staff was stiff and not really inviting. The incidental fees were overly expensive and in our Reservation it was noted as to how many persons were occupying the rooms and there were not sufficient towels in the rooms for everyone. Rules very restrictive.

Property was very new and clean. Enough parking. Check in promptly at 3pm. Not a minute earlier. Staff is friendly. Rooms are easy to find, outdoor walkways kept very clean every day. Room itself spacious and fairly clean. Kitchen has fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave. Some plates, bowls, glasses and cups. A few pots and pans. Some silverware and knives etc. Not clean though. No kitchen towels, dish soap or sponge. Batroom spacious but door does not close easily, doesnt lock either. Tv’s/internet did not work all the time. Small trashcan with no extra trashbags. AC make bedrooms cold but not living area. I guess during chaotic PCS waiting for housing this hotel does its job. Some basics we’re missing.

Everything was okay. I did have a mishap with the person that was covering the shift. She was rude and had an attitude each time I’m seen her or spoke to her. but other than that the stay was excellent. They just need that person to work on her customer service skills. She was not welcoming at all.

They overbooked and I flew all the way in from Nc. The answer service customer service rep had no customer service skills. I basically didn’t have a place to stay that night due to everything being booked although I paid in advance not to mention I traveled with my 5 yr old. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend

I love it that we did not have to pay for parking. The parking was included in the rental, which was very good. Also, the cleanliness of the property was very well very well lit up love the lights and everything and the rooms were very comfortable and roomy very spacious.

The floors in the unit were unswept. There was hair from other people in the kitchen and bathroom. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There was no tissues and only 1/8th of a roll of toilet paper on the roll with no replacements available. Was told that you only have a 2 hour window to check in. 3pm to 5pm. We had to convince the person at the desk to set up arrangements for getting getting the pass keys after hours. They charged us a $50 deposit that was to be refunded after we leave. Still waiting for the refund. Will not stay here again.
