Place was ok does not deserve 10 ratings. They charged me $25.00 for what I don't know. That was on addition to what I paid Hotels.com. No explaination why. I didn't even check out their breakfast.

Useless Night Front desk staff.

Front desk welcome was great, room service was incredible, room was super clean and refresh; however, to me, it does not make sense to have a late front desk person and snacks and be unable to use them. I woke up with a headache at 4 AM and wanted to eat something and get some water. Whoever was on the front desk, refuse to provide me service. I showed my room key and told him my room number. Rather than double check if I was telling me the true, he simply said" no, door will not open until 7 AM". Now, what is the sense to have someone late if he will not do anything? I was surprised for that. If this is the case then each room should have water and snacks and if we use them, then we get charge, that simple. Other than that, the staff was great and the place is amazing.

They keep expired food for breakfasts. I was planning to take some milk along with cereal for my kid, and I found that the milk carton had a use by date that was 3 days back. when, I pointed the same to the reception / Days Inn management, I was told that they smelled it and it does not smell bad so it’s ok. Needless to say that my kid and I did not take anything from their breakfast bar.

Honestly, it’s not a bad place at all. I recommend. The location is right off the highway. The room was clean. Bed wasn’t too hard, it was fine for the weekend. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with the door not closing and right away they said we could move us but then we got it to work. They were accommodating and for the price, I would stay again. The beds are not queen they’re full just in case anyone gets confused. It wasn’t a problem for us but just in case for someone else, the double room is full not queen. They also had free parking and breakfast.
