Stayed two nights. Staff was fabulous especially Maura! Breakfast and dinner was very good. Conveniently located and walking distance into heart of the city. Rooms were very nice. Would stay again.
This charming, Irish boutique hotel made our stay so memorable. We loved the attention to detail from the lavender linen spray to the sparkling water and prosecco chilling in the fridge upon our arrival. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the morning breakfast options were delicious. We loved the Irish bread, and we were so grateful to receive the recipe. Above all, the staff were so friendly. We particularly want to acknowledge Mara for the hospitality she showed us. How amazing that she could remember all of the guests’ first names! Thank you for such an unbelievably amazing stay in your lovely accommodations which we continue to rave about as we travel around Ireland.
Beautiful place. And a great location near Killarney national Park. Hop Skip and jump from the jaunting horse ride. Lovely folks welcomed us anda great breakfast.
I can’t say enough about this hotel everything was excellent from the room to the food to the service. We will definitely stay here on our next trip over.
Maura was absolutely wonderful. She gave us some amazing local travel trips and was so personable. She remembered everyone’s names that walked in the door and treated them accordingly. All the staff were great but she was memorable.
The room was perfect and was the best stay we’ve had yet in Ireland.
The property and Staff at the Victoria were amazing and accommodating. Before we even checked in, they called to tell us that food service was ending for the day and to see if we wanted anything put aside for our arrival.
We were greeted warmly and our rooms were impeccably decorated and maintained.
The breakfast had a huge variety of menu options and all we tried were delicious.
We will definitely return on our next trip.
It is a really beautiful and unique property. We visited in February and I hope to be back one day when the weather is warmer and the flowers are blooming.
The staff are so extremely friendly and accommodating. Our breakfasts were both beautiful and delicious.
I cannot say enough good things about our stay!!
The Victoria was a lovely experience overall. The renovation and kitschy style of this hotel was really nicely done, but the thing that shines the brightest is the friendliness of the staff. Maura at the front desk was absolutely one of the loveliest people I encountered in all of Ireland. Natalia in the restaurant was also lovely and always greeted us with the most genuine smile. The food in the restaurant was excellent as well. The fish and chips I had wound up being the best I had during my trip. The only negative mark I have about my stay is that the suite that we stayed in had a rather musty odor that was very unpleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again, but would want a different room.
Absolutely love staying a The Victoria. The staff are caring, friendly, and efficient. Comfortable and beautiful room and great breakfast with awesome table service and a great selection of delicious options. We've stayed here several times and will be back.
Maura is the best. She checked us in and gave us the best advice and setup all our events. The food was amazing. The room was great. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. You must stay here.
