This property offered a quality and elegant experience in Killarney. The rooms were clean and modern. Yet, the hotel retained a traditional stately feel. Service was excellent. Every staff member was on their game and attentive in an way possible. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Everything excellent except no AC in the room, was pretty warm for sleeping. Also extra charge for a short term guest in my room 30 euros seems a little high. Would stay again though.

Nice hotel. Nice location.
Nice hotel in the middle of town. The restaurant was good and had excellent service. The only inconvenience is the lack of parking but are public lots relatively close.

Unfortunately arrived when a carnival was in town, which took over the public parking lot closest to the hotel. The hotel doesn't have its own parking area. Short walk to main street of shops and restaurants. Very clean hotel with excellent staff.

Worst hotel on our trip
They put an elderly couple in a 3rd floor room which requires two elevators to get plus walking down length hall and steps to get to each elevator. We had to make two trips to get our luggage downstairs The room was tiny and the show had little water pressure. The temperature in the room wasn’t controllable and went from freezing cold to stifling hot. Two weeks in Ireland and this was the worst hotel we stayed in. The staff is marvelous however but it doesn’t overcome the hotel issues

Nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip to Ireland. Great location close to lots of shopping and pubs, rooms were nice and well maintained, cool history of the hotel. Staff was warm and welcoming and the breakfast was great
