Check in unavailable until 4:30, even though it’s stated 3pm. Late checkout not available as they need to room ready for 3pm, doesn’t make sense. Suite was a large room but not up to the standards of your average suite. No room service past 9pm and no residents bar.

Good clean hotel
Good clean hotel in the heart of Killarney town. Only downside : room was not ready atvthe time of check in and we had to wait one hour in the lobby. Also don't get fooled by a message from hotels.com showing in the app under the booking a day before the stay commenced saying :" this property requires you to stay longer. Try adding more nights or choosing a different property for your stay" this is not true and when I rang the hotel they did not confirm same. I found that misleading. Good hotel, fully recommend.

Very nice hotel in excellent location. Killarney is a beautiful town and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days there. We enjoyed a nice couples massage at the spa. The service was excellent. Very good restaurants and bar in the hotel. The only issue we had was that the heat did not work in our room. The night manager gave us another room but it was a downgrade from king to queen bed, he insisted it was a king bed so we had to firmly request another move. Finally he got us into the King size that we booked with a heat and A/C system that worked, but the whole process took an hour and it was late at night so it was quite frustrating. Other than that everything was lovely.

Really enjoyed the Killarney Hotel & Plaza! Room was clean and comfortable. The lobby has an upscale feel of years gone by with beautiful marble and woodwork. The parking wasn't the easiest to find but it was convenient once we found our way. There are shops, pubs, and restaurants in easy walking distance. The hotel has a nice vibe.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Killarney - it couldn't be more convenient for the centre of town. The hotel car park (particularly the entrance) is challenging to say the least. Overall a good, large hotel.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Les had fantastic suggestions on where to visit-he was so helpful and friendly! Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Dinner on the terrace at Cafe du Parc was wonderful. Most certainly will be back.
