Check in was fast. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Carpet was dirty, gross and old throughout hotel. We did not have a thermostat in our room and it was hot. They want you to use a fan. Pillows were uncomfortable. I looked forward to checking out.

Great service and comfortable bed. Parking situation can be a bit tight but the front desk staff is very helpful with secondary options. Walking distance to High Street

There was no parking available when we got there. The girl at front desk was very helpful in finding us a spot. However I asked for something for the room after 11pm and she said there was nothing she could do as she was the only one there. Air conditioning and a mini fridge would be nice. The employees at the pub at lunchtime were very nice.

Great stay in Killarney

Friendly welcome, we were too early for check in but asked if ok to leave car on car park until check in time, receptionist said she would advise housekeeping that we were there so that when we got back (still early) our room was ready. Comfortable, newly decorated room with beautiful bathroom & fantastic shower! We didn’t stay for breakfast but a good experience. About 15 minute walk into town.

Being renovated

Hotel was in the middle of a renovation and was very dusty and not very clean. If you are looking for low cost without luxury, it's fine.
