Didn’t like the kiosk check in. Also no service to the room after I had requested it. Had to make our beds , empty trash and get our own towels. This place used to be pretty good. Last 2 times have been a disappointment. Probably will not be back.

It was not very pleasant, it was not a good option to stay here, the carpet was dirty, full of chocolates and sticky things, the room was dirty, the bed was full of hair and many other things 😞 I would have liked to leave happy and have been able to recommend but no apart from that it smells bad😔

Read! Me tome la tarea de leer los review después de hacer el pago ;( y estaba un poco asustada con lo que encontraría. Y lo que encontré me ENCANTÓ! La localización es excelente! Las habitaciones están limpias. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. Encuentras, pan, bagels, mermelada, mantequilla, queso crema, NUTELLA, cereal de dos tipos, yogur, café, crema de café, leche, jugo manzana y naranja, agua. También muffins de banana, chocolate, vainilla, queso danés. Bocadillos de mermeladas y o queso Danés. Frutas como bananas y manzanas. Galletas de pasas y avena. El hotel está limpio, al día. Escaleras, ascensores (última inspección-feb 2024) piscinas en mantenimiento total (pintadas). Las playas súper cerca! Museo y Dunas a menos de 10 minutos! En fin! ES UN EXCELENTE HOTEL. Espero tenga la misma experiencia que yo!

Old building with some new features. The room has old and smelly refrigerator. The shower head was dangling from the wall. The check in and the check out process is done from a kiosk with the attendant outside the location. It’s pretty cool. The breakfast is frozen bagel with egg, cheese, and sausage, individually wrapped muffin, and waffles, yogurt, apple, banana, cereal, coffee, apple juice and orange juice.

Put in wrong room and had to move, house keeping only every three days, not daily. No fresh towels or service at front desk. Didn't like having to ask the kiosk for service. Continental breakfast isn't really up to standard. Only thing we liked was how close the hotel was to the beach

Standard mid grade hotel. A little dated and not sure I saw a single staff member the entire time we were there. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great for beach and restaurant access.

Close to the beach. Nice staff. Ok place
Pretty nice place. Close to the beach, walking distance. Polite staff. Smelled a bit funky in the elevators. But overall pretty good. Not a five star experience but did not expect that either.

Not a great stay
First night I woke up to water on bathroom floor. Had to change rooms. Beds are hard and uncomfortable.Ice machine on my floor never worked. Water cut off for several hours one day for repairs. Parking is not great. Hotel is extremely noisy! You hear all the road traffic and other rooms.
