Breakfast was good with plenty of options available. All was well except for check in. Had to check in at a machine and was hard to hear. Also, the price from online reservation was higher than price if I had just shown up and paid for a room. Not just a little.

Great oceanfront location. Just steps from the beach. Kind of hard to keep sand out of the room, but that comes with the territory. Would recommend something to wipe off your feet before getting on the bed.

Poor Cleanliness & Safety Concerns
This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The room was filthy with scuffs all over the walls, a sticky substance on the a/c unit, and fruit flies. The shower did not drain properly, so I was standing in two inches of water the entire time. Worst of all, the door did not open or close properly. The extra lock on the door was hanging on loose screws, and the lock from the handle would not latch unless I used my full weight against the door. The door got stuck multiple times both preventing me from entering and leaving the room. I ended up checking out about two hours after I checked in and switching hotels.

I read the reviews prior to booking my trip, I came very skeptical, I was surprised with a super clean standard room, friendly front desk, very clean facility. It’s an older building, and it’s on the beach, so of course it has its damages on the outside. But overall, we had a great stay!! Thank you.

We have stayed at this hotel before and had no problems. The pictures did not look anything like the rooms. This time however, the first room they gave us smelled musty and moldy. There was black mold all around the ceiling. The second room did not have mold that we could see but still smelled musty and moldy. The beds and pillows where uncomfortable. The neighbors woke us up at 1 in the morning. Idk what they were doing but it sounded like they were trying to get the connecting door open. The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast.

This place is a dump, literally. There's a huge dumpster in the back of the property. There's cigarette butts, garbage, and old furniture all around outside. Absolutely disgusting. No one is ever at the front desk and I had to speak to the virtual assistant at the kiosk every time. That's inconvenient. When I checked in, they had trouble collecting my payment from Expedia, so a manager had to come over and check me in, which prolonged the check in process. It took 20 minutes for me to be checked into the hotel.

This hotel is falling apart. The balcony door would not latch closed. The lamp fixtures were rusting. The nightstand had major water damage and was literally breaking apart. The bathroom was filthy. The outside of the hotel smelled like marijuana in all the walkways. The security lights on the building strobed at night. This hotel needs some serious maintenance done. Don't let the pictures fool you. They put new floors down, new comforters and new curtains. Thats all.

The oceanfront view and beach access was very nice and convenient. The actual room was not clean overall and needed some cleaning along with repairs/upgrades. The bedding was clean and smelled fresh! The staff was very nice and friendly but the hotel can use some cosmetic repairs.

very disappointed!
first off our supposed ocean view was a large sand dune. the room had what looked like coffee was spilled on the wall. in places the door did not close properly and it had to be locked when inside. the whole place was in need of a lot of work. very old and dirty looking.
