The staff was very helpful,sending someone to fix the tv and helping us with passes to the Y. Breakfast was okay, heavy with high calorie items but there was some fruit and hard boiled eggs. The room was very clean and was serviced daily. The view from our third floor room of the ocean was lovely. While there were no open eating places within walking distance, it was close to numerous dining spots.

The room is spacious, nice, and has no carpet which I like. I have a nice view of the beach even if it is partial. Neighbors were noisy, slammed doors.

A once great hotel sadly is not anymore
Really going downhill. Uncomfortable bed. Bathroom needs major repair. Zero customer service - staff didn’t care. Breakfast room in the mornings out of food/coffee. Overall poor experience with no resolutions by staff.

Set up of room was weird. Counter space, just enough room for night stand then bed. While there is open space between dresser and outer wall. Cleaning crew comes to clean too early. But otherwise a nice place to stay

This place was great we stayed in a king room with kitchenette (2 burner, large fridge, microwave). It had a little dinning table for 3 and spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and the turquoise color was fun. Being right on the beach was great and they have a really nice gazebo/sitting area with lots of different kinds seating to enjoy the ocean view. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast area was super clean and well stocked and nice. I was really impressed. Don't expect a fancy buffet of course but it definitely exceeded my expectations. My 3 year old loved the playground and it was right outside our room. Super convenient. We ate at plaza aztecha for dinner which was great and good service if you want Mexican. Only cons was I wish there had been a can opener in the kitchenette and a sponge and small thing of dish soap. Not a big deal but It's usually provided at other places I've stayed with a kitchenette. Also bring paper plates and bowls that is not provided as well. However they do provide paper towels, pots pans skillet and cooking utensils. Convenient location near lots of stores if you forget something- Publix, Target, TJ Maxx, etc. Great place for a great price! I would recommend and stay again
