Brand new rooms, service not good
The property is great. Rooms are furnished with modern appliances (washer/dryer, stove, etc). They're probably understaffed, so the service is not good. We stayed 3 nights, but didn't receive any housekeeping service. They waived off 2 days of resort fee for that. Our 1B1B suite was in building 8, didn't have any ocean view. But it was away from the ongoing construction, so weren't bothered by that either. They have one big common pool and one adult pool on the main property. There's a small pool across the road, near the beach. There's no ocean view from that pool though.

There was no daily housekeeping service while we have been told that we have daily housekeeping, we missed three days of housekeeping. We had to put in two work orders for a malfunctioned bidet and a curtain rod that came off. In addition, we joined the Lual from Hilton, both me and my wife had food poisoning. The hotel manager tried to check in with me to see how we were doing , but she never answered her phone and follow up.

The vila is very new and quite big. The condo is equipped with new kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. It is very clean and room service is good. The problem with the villa is the location. It is not close to shopping. Dining choice is also limited. You need to drive to other area to find more restaurants. Overall it is good experience to stay here to have a relax vacation.

This place has active construction on the right next to the buliding. It was dusty and noisy during the daytime. Plus, i could hear foot step from the upper floor. Room cleaning lady left and so much dust was rolling on the floor, so i had non stop sneez with dust from the unit and from the construction site where I stayed. I had been Maui more than three times, and I think it could be so much better with this amount of payment. All electronics are brand new and clean, but mattress is not that comfortable

Was a wonderful place to stay. Had issue with washer/dryer and they took care of it right away. Even let me use an unoccupied room to finish the clothes I was washing when machine broke. Our machine was fixed the next day. Absolutely fantastic!!!

Took a family trip and we absolutely loved this property. It’s so new they are still building. The construction was not a bother, staff was friendly and the whole place was very clean. Ample free parking was a plus. Would definitely return to Maui and stay at this property.
