Surprised how clean!

Service so friendly and responsive. Clean and great location on the beach which trumps the small sizes of the rooms. Offer continental breakfast in small lobby but nice to have. Love this place for a short stay!

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, small but just right for a couple. We enjoyed the property's accessibility to the beach and the beautiful location. It was nice to have a free continental breakfast offered and we enjoyed the very friendly staff. We will stay there again when on Maui.

Rooms are small and mostly offer queen beds. There is a microwave, TV, and fridge. The bathroom is small, round sink, stall shower with a curtain. They give out little plastic shower caps. This hotel is within walking distance to the touristy strip malls. Out back is a nice beach. Parking lot is a tight fit. WI FI WAS A CONSTANT BATTLE.

Small but mighty!

These are very small rooms but they are super clean and right on the beach! Refrigerator included and we were able to hook up our Firestick. Also, centrally located to EVERYTHING!

Pleasant surprise for the price!

Great little place to stay in Kihei, very close to Wailea. Nice little ocean front beach. Older property, but clean and parking can be a little tight. Ive stayed at some great hotels in Maui and this one surprised me. I wouldn't call it luxurious by any means, but its clean, comfortable and the staff were great. Oh, and there is free breakfast which was a nice surprise! The average breakfast in Maui can run $20 plus. So if you have a family, the savings adds up.
