Very nice hotel - good location but need reno a bit Front deck lady very nice and helpful - help book ferry ticket s All the rest off there staffs need more clean uniform Very sloppy - only 1 very tiny elevator they took up and down do not care about customer stayed in Breakfast not many option - small - Room big bed comfortable - shower never have hot water - water run very very slow
