The only thing I give a ding on is the dining options, however, the food available at Bighorn was surprisingly good (as were the cocktails) though it was overpriced. Everything else was great. Justine at the front desk made sure my room was all set when I arrived, and decorated it with a birthday banner, chocolates, and wine --FREE OF CHARGE! Everyone was very kind on property, and the indoor hot tub area is really fantastic (I love the steam room). I will definitely be back.

The hotel was clean, the housekeepers did a great job. The staff was not very helpful, mostly dismissive. The shuttles were terrible, no good timing, lots of training going on, no consistency. It was bad public transportation and a waste. Should have planned to drive.
